Return Window

At MAZZOLA TECH, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within this timeframe for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Hardware products in original, unopened packaging
  • Defective or damaged products (with proof of defect)
  • Products that do not match the description provided
  • Unused software licenses (within 14 days)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software packages or activated licenses
  • Custom-configured hardware or software solutions
  • Consulting services or completed support hours
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the item to the address provided by our team

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our customer service team. We will process the return of your original item and help you place a new order for the replacement product.
